When will my order be dispatched?Updated 7 months ago

At The Card Vault, we work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our dispatch times and policies.

Dispatch Times

• Monday - Saturday Dispatch: We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.  
• Same-Day Dispatch:
  • Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same working day. 
  • Orders placed before 11 AM on Saturdays are also dispatched the same day.  
  • Orders placed after these cutoff times will be shipped the next working day. 

Same-day dispatch may vary depending on our warehouse workload, but we strive to get your items out as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

We aim to ship all pre-orders to arrive on the official release date. The release date for pre-order items can be found on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items (Mixed Orders) will remain on backorder until all items in the order are released. However, you can request for your order/s to be split.

Splitting Orders

If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner:  

• You can request to split your order by contacting our team.
• Please note that each new shipment will incur additional shipping costs if the new split orders do not meet the free shipping threshold of £50.
