Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch, but a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the original transaction.
However, if a pre-order product is delayed past its original release date, customers can cancel and receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
