Tracking your order with The Card Vault is simple and straightforward! Here's how you can stay updated on your shipment:




Dispatch Email

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the following:

  • Tracking Number: Unique to your shipment.
  • Tracking Link: A clickable link is sent so that you can see the progress of your delivery directly with the courier (Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL).




Tracking via Your Account

If you have an account on our website, you can track your order by:

1. Logging into your account.

2. Navigate to the Orders section.

3. Selecting your recent order to view the tracking details.




Check via Live Chat or Help Center

Our website’s Live Chat and Help Center tools make it even easier to check your order status.

  • Simply provide your order number or account details in the Live Chat, and our system will pull up the latest tracking information for you.
  • You can also use the Help Center's built-in tracking feature to quickly and easily find your order details.




Which Courier is Handling My Order?

We ship orders using Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL. The courier used for your shipment will be noted in your dispatch email along with the tracking link. Unless otherwise mentioned, the shipping service you selected at checkout will be used.
