Yes, your reward points at The Card Vault do expire, but we’ll notify you before they do so you can make the most of them!

When Do Reward Points Expire?

Your reward points are valid for 6 months from their earned date. After this period, any unused points will automatically expire.

How Will I Be Notified?

To help you keep track of your points, we’ll send out reminder emails:

• 30 Days Before Expiration: A friendly reminder to use your points.
• 3 Days Before Expiration: A final notice before they expire.

Be sure to check your email (and your junk folder) so you don’t miss these reminders!

How to Use Your Points Before They Expire

To spend your points, visit the Rewards Widget on our website or apply them at checkout when making a purchase. Don’t let those hard-earned points go to waste!
